STEP 1.  Prior to our visit, You will be forwarded a SPECIAL PRE-VISIT PLANNING QUESTIONNAIRE designed to produce an overview of your current needs and challenges.  This, combined with "DISCOVERY" interviews, will reveal significant strengths and weaknesses in addition to highlighting your  GOALS AND PLANS.

STEP 2.  The questionnaire will be returned to us for thorough review. This, in addition to clarification of major objectives, will be used to prepare us for the scheduled ON LOCATION WORK. We will forward a very specific schedule for your review, revision and approval.  This step will help assure that all details are covered and that OUR SERVICES ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. 

STEP 3. DETAILED PLANNING  WILL BEGIN with all COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS forwarded to you for reveiw, revision, and of course, approval. Upon on approval, date(s) for the actual ON-LOCATION VISIT will be scheduled.

STEP 4.  On our arrival we'll  meet personally with you, OBSERVE and EVALUATE THE PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT, EACH TEAM MEMBER, REVIEW PATIENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE AND PLANS.  REVIEW MARKETING HISTORY and GROWTH PLANNING.  Then, if you desire, we'll present a "GET ACQUAINTED" MEETING for your team, OUTLINING YOUR PROJECT GOALS AND SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSING ANY IMMEDIATE AND PERCEIVED FUTURE CHALLENGES. 

STEP 5.  Upon completion of our work in your office, we'll return to our office for PROJECT COMPLETION. 

STEP 6.  Your  detailed "REPORT OF FINDINGS WITH VERY SPECIFIC ACTIVITY PLANS," will be delivered to you with in ten business days and we'll remain available to assist you and your team for CONSULTATION and in the IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUR MARKETING AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM.
